This article is meant as a hint to mappers as to which textures to use in which maps. It uses the textures from the current version. (0.8.8)

Note: if you are searching for info about third-party Q3A2OA texture compatibility packs (additional packages that provide replacements for Quake 3 textures that have not yet have been officially replaced -thus, are missing- in standard OpenArena), you should read FAQ#Maps designed for Quake 3 instead.
